Beide Teile wurden bis 19:10 von U 619 mit der Artillerie versenkt. Da auch U 619 auf dieser Unternehmung versenkt wurde (05.10.1942), liegen keine weiteren Informationen aus dem Kriegstagebuch vor. Es gab keine Überlebenden. Der Kapitän, 38 Besatzungsmitglieder und 13 Artilleristen kamen ums Leben. |
